We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for our real estate company based in Taloja, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong local market knowledge of Taloja, Ghot, and surrounding developing nodes, along with excellent communication, sales, and client handling skills.

Location:
Taloja Phase 2, Near Pendhar Metro Station, Navi Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in clients, property inquiries, and site visit coordination
Manage end-to-end residential and commercial property sales
Generate and follow up with leads from calls, digital platforms, and references
Act as the company receptionist and front desk coordinator
Attend incoming and outgoing sales calls professionally
Maintain client databases, follow-up records, and booking status
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers
Coordinate with management for closures and documentation
Maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors, and local agents
Achieve monthly sales targets and conversions
Assist in marketing activities and lead generation campaigns
Candidate Requirements:
Must be familiar with Taloja, Ghot, Kharghar, Roadpali, and nearby real estate markets
Prior experience in real estate sales preferred
Strong understanding of local property pricing and ongoing developments
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Good personality, communication, and convincing skills
Comfortable handling reception duties and client coordination
Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM handling, and WhatsApp lead management
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude
Preferred Experience:
2–5 years in real estate sales or developer channel sales
Experience in handling pre-launch or under-construction projects is an advantage
