Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and acquire customers through field visits and local market activities.

Source customers for Gold Loan and Non-Gold Loan products

evelop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Explain loan products, eligibility, benefits, and documentation requirements.

Assist customers throughout the loan application and documentation process.

Coordinate with branch and internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.

Follow up with customers for interest payments, renewals, and repeat business.
