Key Responsibilities
• Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed territory sales targets for modified starch and adhesive solutions
• Business Development: Identify and onboard new customers; expand market reach and key accounts
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer requirements
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage local sales representatives (if applicable)
• Technical Coordination: Support customers with product application; coordinate with technical team for trials and issue resolution
• Market Surveys: Gather regular feedback to support product improvement and innovation
• Reporting: Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, and submit periodic reports to management
