Job Description for Sales Manager – Faridabad
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business from architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and lighting consultants based in Faridabad and nearby regions.
The primary responsibility will be to identify new projects, build strong relationships with architects and designers, conduct product presentations, visit project sites, and convert enquiries into successful sales orders.
The candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the architectural lighting industry or any allied building material industry.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets while expanding Halomax's presence in the Faridabad market.
The candidate will be expected to:
· Generate new business opportunities through regular field visits.
· Meet architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and homeowners.
· Promote the complete range of Halomax, Luemin, Infinityz, and Flua lighting products.
· Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
· Follow up on quotations, samples, project discussions, and pending orders.
· Coordinate with the design, quotation, dispatch, and factory teams to ensure smooth project execution.
· Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily reports of meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
· Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in the region.
· Take complete ownership of assigned projects from enquiry to order closure and final execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Minimum 2–8 years of experience in project sales.
· Experience in selling architectural lighting or premium building materials through architects and interior designers.
· Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Smart, confident, persuasive, and well-groomed personality.
· Self-motivated with a strong target-oriented mindset.
· Good planning, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
· Must own a bike or car and possess a valid driving license.
· Willing to travel extensively within Faridabad and surrounding areas.
