Core Responsibilities-
.Sales Strategy & Targets: Set and achieve quarterly/annual sales targets by designing aggressive regional and territory-specific sales plans.
.Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives and showroom staff.
.Client & Influencer Management: Build and nurture profitable relationships with key stakeholders, including B2B clients, architectural firms, interior designers, and the dealer network.
.Project Sales: Manage end-to-end B2B and project sales, from initial consultation and site measurements to custom quotes, contract negotiations, and final closure.
.Product & Market Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of furniture materials, hardware, manufacturing processes, and design trends. Monitor competitor activity and regional market dynamics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, design, and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory, timely manufacturing, and flawless delivery or installation.
.Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, forecast sales, and report commercial performance metrics to senior leadership.
