Job Responsibilities:
Recruit and manage insurance advisors/agents.
Generate health insurance business through the agency channel.
Train, motivate, and support agents to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.

Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (Insurance experience preferred).
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Graduation preferred.
Candidate should be target-oriented and willing to do field sales.
