What do we need from your end?

● Assist the sales team in promoting courses, products, or services to prospective customers.

● Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social media platforms, and walk-in inquiries.

● Counsel potential customers and explain offerings clearly to support conversion.

● Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.

● Coordinate with the marketing team to convert digital leads into sales opportunities.

● Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.

● Participate in sales campaigns, events, webinars, and promotional activities.

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.

● Handle customer queries and provide timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.

Requirements

● Candidates from Digital Marketing Institutes or with basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts are

preferred.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build relationships with potential customers.

● Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and customer handling.

● Familiarity with digital platforms such as social media, email marketing, and CRM tools is an advantage.

● Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
