We are looking for a confident and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to help expand our client network and generate business opportunities across real estate, industrial, architecture, and corporate sectors.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive B2B Sales Executive who can identify potential clients, build relationships, generate leads, and convert opportunities into business. The candidate should be comfortable communicating with professionals, presenting company services, coordinating meetings, and maintaining strong client relationships.
The role requires strong communication skills, follow-up capability, confidence, and practical sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage B2B leads through LinkedIn, calls, networking, emails, and direct outreach
Identify potential clients in real estate, architecture, industrial, infrastructure, hospitality, and corporate sectors
Present company services including 3D visualization, virtual tours, drone shoots, walkthroughs, and immersive solutions
Schedule meetings, follow-ups, presentations, and client discussions
Maintain client relationships and regularly follow up on business opportunities
Coordinate with internal creative and technical teams for proposals and project requirements
Maintain sales records, lead pipelines, and client communication data
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and business presentations
Support business growth strategies and market expansion activities
Required Skills

Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation
