Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Jewellery Showroom 

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom team. The candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide excellent service, and help achieve sales targets. Freshers with good communication skills and interest in jewellery sales are encouraged to apply. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a professional approach 

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery designs 

• Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers 

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships 

• Ensure showroom cleanliness and attractive product presentation 

• Follow up with customers for repeat business and referrals 

 Requirements: 

• Any degree 

• 0–2 years of experience in retail/sales (Jewellery experience is a plus) 

• Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred) 

Preferred Skills: 

• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills 

• Interest in jewellery, fashion, and retail sales 

• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
