Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and articulate Pre-Sales Executive with strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English to drive customer engagement and support the sales team. The role requires 4–6 years of relevant pre-sales experience in reputed real estate organizations. The candidate will be responsible for managing inbound leads, conducting presentations and site visits, and ensuring seamless lead handovers to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer leads and inquiries through Tele-Zoho or similar CRM tools.
Conduct product presentations, site walkthroughs, and client meetings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead qualification and handover.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
Represent the brand professionally and deliver excellent customer experience.
Participate in events, exhibitions, and on-site activations as required.
Key Requirements
Languages: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (mandatory).
Experience: 4–6 years in Pre-Sales within reputed real estate organizations.
Industry Preference: Real Estate (residential/commercial projects).
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-centric approach.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or Undergraduate in any discipline (preferred).
