Shop Executive – 3 (Location – Oshiwara, Worli Altamount Road) INR.18000 to 20000 + 5000 FOT) Duty 12 hours.

We are seeking Shop Executive with excellent communication skills in fluent English. The candidate should be capable of managing cloud-based billing software, handling customer interactions for pickup and delivery, and inspecting garments for brands, colors, defects, damages, and stains. The role requires resolving customer complaints to ensure complete satisfaction, handling bill approvals, disclaimers, and facilitating online and card payments. Additionally, the executive will be responsible for settling deliveries and payments, and preparing weekly reports. Training will be provided to the selected candidate.

••Key Responsibilities:••

- Manage customer pick-up and delivery scheduling through effective communication.

- Inspect garments for quality, brands, colors, damages, stains, and defect identification.

- Issue bills using cloud-based billing software and obtain customer approval.

- Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain 100% satisfaction.

- Handle online and card payment collections and settlements for delivered garments.

- Prepare and submit weekly reports on operations and transactions.

- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.

••Qualifications & Skills:••

- 12 Grade or Graduate degree from a recognized university.

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

- Ability to operate cloud-based billing software.

- Good customer service and problem-solving skills.

- Responsible, attentive to detail, and professional.

- Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
