Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and prospect new clients through outbound calls and other channels - Build relationships with potential clients and understand their real estate needs
- Present and sell our real estate properties to clients, highlighting their features and benefits
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales using our CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or real estate sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
