We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our dealership team at Shuprav Venture Private Limited. In this role, you will greet showroom walk-ins, guide prospective buyers through our vehicle lineup, arrange test drives, and close sales. The ideal candidate must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet showroom visitors, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable vehicle models.
Present vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing schemes, and exchange offers.
Schedule and accompany customers on test drives or test rides.
Follow up with prospective leads via calls and messages to convert inquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly vehicle sales targets.
Assist customers with vehicle booking, loan documentation, and the final delivery process.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
Stay updated on competitor models, market trends, and ongoing dealership schemes.
Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 4 years of experience in sales (automobile dealership experience preferred). Applicants must hold a valid driving license, possess strong negotiation skills, maintain a customer-first approach, and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
