Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers after completion of their credit report analysis.

• Understand the customer's credit report issues and analysis findings.

• Explain identified issues in simple and easy-to-understand language.

• Explain how the identified issues may affect the customer's credit score and financial profile.

• Understand the customer's requirements, concerns, and willingness to proceed.

• Explain Credit Samadhaan's credit repair service and the process involved.

• Clearly communicate service scope, pricing, timelines, and terms.

• Recommend the repair service based on the customer's actual credit report findings.

• Conduct consultation and service-pitch calls with customers.

• Handle customer questions, doubts, and objections professionally.

• Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.

• Send quotations and service details to interested customers.

• Track quotation status and pending customer decisions.

• Convert qualified customers into paid credit repair-service customers.

• Identify suitable upsell opportunities based on customer requirements.

• Coordinate with the analysis, repair, and support teams for smooth customer handover.

• Update customer communication, follow-ups, quotations, and conversion status in CRM.

• Maintain accurate daily call and conversion records.

• Meet monthly conversion, revenue, and follow-up targets.

• Maintain professional, ethical, and customer-focused communication at all times.
