• Meet customers in the field and generate tractor sales.

• Conduct lead generation activities through cold calling and referrals.

• Explain tractor features, benefits, and finance schemes to customers.

• Build and maintain relationships with farmers, rural customers, and local dealers.

• Coordinate with the internal team for delivery, documentation, and after-sales.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
