Need Lead generation for our Digital Marketing courses.

Salary :

₹12,000: - ₹35,000: Monthly

If you achieve 50% of your target during the first two months, you will receive your full

salary.

If you achieve 30% of your target, you will receive 60% of the salary.

If no sales are achieved, no payout will be made.

Leads will be provided by the company, and daily training through recorded sessions

will be provided to support you.

Your salary will start after 45 days of employment, and the salary will be credited on or

before the 30th of each month, which may be extended if necessary

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Digital Marketing Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

Contributing to marketing strategy development.

Conducting market research on competitor services and courses.

Working with the sales team to create targeted sales strategies.

Answering client queries and maintaining client relations.

Tracking sales data and ensuring the company meets sales targets.

Presenting sales performance reports.

Providing pricing details and collecting client information.

Conducting client surveys and following up if needed.

Generating leads through physical visits to businesses, social media platforms, calls,

and WhatsApp.

Daily follow-up and maintaining accurate records in HRMS, Google Drive, and

spreadsheets.

Reporting daily activity and client details in G-drive and spreadsheets.

Terms and Conditions:

During the 45-day probation period, your performance will be evaluated.

Salary will be credited on or before the 30th of each month, but may be extended

without notice.

You must follow HR policies and maintain confidentiality of all official data.

6-day work week, with Sunday as your weekly holiday.

Breach of office rules may result in immediate termination without further payment.

Incorrect data entries during follow-up will lead to salary deductions.

Incentives and bonuses will be provided based on target achievement.

If the team achieves the target for three consecutive months, they will receive a

3-day tour to a famous place in India, including food and travel expenses.

Additional Details:

Reporting: Daily call recordings and screenshots will be sent via WhatsApp or social

media to the Sales Manager/Business Head. Email and G-drive may also be used for

reporting.

Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (flexible with your time).

Vacation: 1 day per week (Sunday).
