Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our electrical equipment manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales of electrical products and a strong understanding of the secondary market (dealer/distributor/retail network). Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.

• Generate sales through the secondary market and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.

• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.

• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

• Prepare daily sales reports and submit regular updates to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales of electrical products/electrical equipment.

• Experience in handling the secondary sales market is mandatory.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.

• Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).

Qualification

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (preferred).

• Candidates from an electrical products/electrical equipment sales background will only be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance).

• Performance-based incentives (if applicable).

• Travel allowance/reimbursement as per company policy.

Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
