Sales Executive – Real Estate | Rohini Floors

We are hiring a Sales Executive for our Rohini office to join our growing real estate team.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Company will provide you with client leads.
• Contact clients through calls and WhatsApp and understand their property requirements.
• Suggest suitable flats and builder floors according to the client's budget and requirements.
• Arrange and manage property/site visits with clients.
• Explain property features, pricing, location and other details to potential buyers.
• Regularly follow up with interested clients and convert leads into successful property sales.
• Work as a broker between buyers and sellers and coordinate throughout the complete deal.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide professional assistance during the buying process.

Requirements:
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confident and presentable personality.
• Interest in sales and real estate.
• Good follow-up and client-handling skills.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates willing to travel for property visits are preferred.
