About Us:

NV Creations is a booth-building company specializing in designing and constructing exhibition

booths for international and national events. We work with global clients and industry professionals

to deliver high-quality booth setups tailored to their event requirements.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and confident individual who can handle client communication,

maintain relationships, and support the end-to-end lead conversion process. The role involves

reaching out to new leads, following up consistently, and closing projects for booth construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reach out to potential leads generated through various channels.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to understand their requirements.

- Coordinate with clients regarding booth specifications and event details.

- Maintain a professional and friendly communication approach throughout.

- Support closures by ensuring timely responses and clear coordination.

- Assist in handling both international and national event clients when required.

- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.

- Identify the target audience and pitch accordingly.

- Aggressive follow-up to convert the client.

Skills & Requirements:

- Strong communication and calling skills.

- Ability to follow up professionally and close leads efficiently.

- Basic understanding of events/exhibitions (preferred but not mandatory).

- Good coordination and client-handling skills.

- Comfortable working with both national and international clients.

- Self-motivated, organized, and a team player.
