Job Description (JD) for a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Maison Homes, Ghitorni, Delhi:

Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Ghitorni, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
Negotiate deals and ensure successful closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales/business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good knowledge of the Delhi-NCR real estate market.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated and target-driven.

Preferred:

Experience in luxury residential sales.
Existing network of channel partners and real estate brokers.

Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive Incentives.
