We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at at Neeman's Footwear. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹14000 - ₹16000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new client opportunities in the market.

• Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.

• Promote product and service offerings that align with customer needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

• Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.

• Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.

• Deliver excellent customer service and product recommendations.

• Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.

• Support store operations, visual merchandising, inventory, GRN, and SOP compliance.

• Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth store operations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and candidate must be a fresher. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
