Role: Sales Executive

This role is ideal for a driven, execution-focused professional who can support the sales function through lead engagement, follow-ups, client coordination, and meeting facilitation.

The Sales Executive will work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure smooth movement of leads across the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Make cold calls and connect with prospective clients

• Qualify leads and schedule client meetings, virtual meetings, and site visits

• Conduct daily follow-ups to ensure lead progression

• Assist in property presentations and discussions

• Support the sales cycle from initial contact to closure coordination

• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM

• Coordinate internally for meeting arrangements, site visit planning, and documentation

• Generate leads through references, follow-ups, and outreach activities

  Performance Expectations

• Consistent follow-up discipline and lead engagement

• Timely scheduling of meetings and site visits

• Support achievement of team and individual targets

  Clear ownership of assigned leads and tasks

  Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client interaction

• Basic understanding of sales processes (real estate exposure preferred)

  Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Ability to work with guidance but execute independently
