Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, business development, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, good B2B sales understanding, and a passion for building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and LinkedIn
Handle lead generation and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Connect with potential clients and understand their funding requirements
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent client handling
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales
Use LinkedIn for lead generation, networking, and business outreach
Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop a good understanding of B2B sales and corporate client requirements
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good English speaking and writing skills
Good knowledge of LinkedIn and lead generation
Good understanding of B2B companies and sales processes
Strong customer handling and relationship management skills
Sales or marketing experience preferred
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented attitude
Qualification
Graduate in any field / Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
