Sales Executive

Act as a single point of contact for customers and provide a delightful experience to them

throughout their purchase journey.

• Assess and understand customer needs, facilitate the decision-making process on the

model being considered, guide on finance options available and explain value-added

services and their benefits.

• Focus continuously on lead generation, efficient event planning by maximizing territory

coverage and managing referrals.

• Value and respect the customer’s time and treat customer’s data with utmost

confidentiality.

• Ensure all customer queries are answered in detail, accurately & patiently and ensure

customers understand processes being followed completely.

• Ensure demonstration and test drive for all enquiries and home visits where required.

• Strive to achieve sales and value-added services target as assigned by Team Leader

• Diligently complete paperwork associated with all customer interactions. Ensure

transparent communication of deal and document-related details.

• Personally ensure delightful and timely delivery as per the commitment made to the

customer.
