Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Skills & Interview Performance)

🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Candidates who can communicate in multiple languages will be preferred.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.

• Meet prospective customers and explain company products/services.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.

• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

🔹 Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Customer relationship management skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel & Email).

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Positive attitude and willingness to travel within Bangalore if required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🔹 Language Requirements

Candidates who can speak the following languages will be preferred:

• Kannada (Mandatory)

• Telugu

• English

• Hindi

🔹 Qualification

Intermediate / Any Graduate
MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.

🔹 Preferred Experience

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Service is preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply.
