Job Title: Area Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and offering customized solutions to meet client needs. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Aggressively identify and convert new business opportunities through cold calls, field visits, and networking
Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure
Conduct impactful product demos and persuasive sales presentations
Build and manage a robust pipeline with daily follow-ups
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close deals fast
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate reporting and updates in CRM
Track competitor movements and capitalize on market opportunities
Work closely with service and internal teams to ensure repeat business
Who Should Apply
· 2+ years hardcore field sales experience (Cleaning Industry preferred)
· Proven record of closing deals and beating targets
· Strong local market exposure in Maharashtra & Gujarat (mandatory)
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills
· Self-driven, aggressive, and result-oriented mindset
· Comfortable with daily field travel and customer meetings

· In-hand salary: ₹30,000 – ₹32,000
