Branch Sales Manager

Job Title: Branch Sales/Branch In-Charge

Job Summary:
Responsible for driving branch revenue and managing operations for logistics / express cargo services, ensuring business growth, service excellence, and branch profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee branch sales and operations to achieve revenue, volume, and service KPIs.

• Manage end-to-end branch operations including booking, delivery, billing, and realization.

• Control branch costs, outstanding receivables, and improve profitability.

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and handle escalations.

• Coordinate with Regional Office / HO for operational support and target achievement.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, audits, and statutory requirements.

• Ensure effective ERP usage, reporting, and documentation.

Location & Travel:
Mumbai region (Bhiwandi, Mumbai South, Sativali, Vadape, Vashi, etc.)
Moderate local travel for branch oversight and client interactions.

Reporting: Regional Manager / Controlling Manager

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible as per operations)

Support Provided: ERP access, backend operations support, marketing & lead-generation support
