Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, engage with potential clients, and convert inquiries into successful interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales in the interior design or real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up on leads for end user (B2C) and business, Dealer and Distributor (B2B)

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior products based on space, budget, and preferences

Conduct client meetings, showroom visits, and product presentations to showcase offerings

Prepare and share product quotations, specifications, and delivery timelines with clients

Negotiate pricing and close product sales deals within company guidelines

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or internal systems Ensure proper follow-up until order confirmation, delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, dealer and contractors for repeat business and referrals

Stay updated on product knowledge, materials, pricing, and ongoing offers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Proven experience in sales (interior design, architecture, or construction preferred)

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
