Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable UG/PG programs.
Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain proper communication.
Explain admission procedures, documentation, and enrollment process.
Convert qualified leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the backend/admission team for documentation and enrollment.
Resolve student queries professionally and provide timely assistance.
Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and conversion reports.
Build positive relationships with students throughout the admission journey.
