Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admission process
Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain records
Explain course details, fees, and benefits to students
Assist students throughout the admission process
Maintain daily reports in CRM/Google Sheets
Achieve assigned admission targets
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Positive attitude and presentable personality
Ability to work in a team
Fresher and experienced both can apply
