Job Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.

• Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, offers, and finance options.

• Conduct product presentations and arrange test drives for customers.

• Generate leads through showroom enquiries, telecalling, references, and other sources.

• Follow up with prospective customers regularly and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, and Delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Stay updated about new vehicle models, features, competitors, and market trends.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Automobile sales/showroom experience will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused attitude and positive behaviour.

• Good negotiation and convincing skills.

• Willingness to achieve sales targets.

• Valid driving licence preferred.

• Candidates should be presentable, disciplined, and willing to work in a customer-facing environment.
