Academic Coordinator – USA & India Applications

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate college and university applications for students applying to institutions in the USA and India.

Assist students in completing application forms accurately and efficiently.

Guide students regarding required documents and application procedures.

Verify application documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with institutional requirements.

Coordinate the submission of applications within specified deadlines.

Communicate professionally with students, colleges, universities, and other stakeholders.

Track application statuses and maintain updated records of all applications.

Follow up with students for pending documents and incomplete application requirements.

Coordinate with colleges and universities regarding application updates and admission decisions.

Respond to student queries related to application procedures, documentation, and submission timelines.

Maintain organized records of student applications, correspondence, and supporting documents.

Manage multiple applications simultaneously while ensuring timely follow-ups and completion.

Use MS Office, Google Workspace, email, and spreadsheets for application tracking and administrative tasks.

Ensure confidentiality of student information and provide administrative support to facilitate a smooth application process.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred. Experience in academic coordination, admissions, student counselling, or education consulting is an advantage. Strong communication, organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills are essential.
