● Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling and lead

generation.

● Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product/service

offerings.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM

system.

● Negotiate and close sales deals over the telephone.

● Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies.

Skills & Qualities Required:

● Passion for the IT and tech education industry

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Fluent verbal and written communication skills

● Good convincing skills

● Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

● Ability to build relationships with clients/learners.

● Comfortable with public speaking

● Fluency in English (additional regional languages is a plus)
