We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and promoting services in the market.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
Excellent presentation and time-management skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
