Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Conduct discovery calls to understand business requirements.
Gather and document workflows, pain points, and use‑cases.
Translate requirements into technical and functional scope.
Work closely with technical team for feasibility verification.
Present solution approaches, project plans, and timelines.
Prepare detailed proposals and commercial breakdowns.
Handle enterprise-level discussions and high-ticket negotiations.
Maintain detailed CRM entries and follow-up actions.
Assist in pre-sales technical discussions when needed.
Ensure proper handover to delivery team post-closure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in software services/consultative selling.
Strong analytical and requirement-gathering capabilities.
Understanding of APIs, workflows, and system architecture.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
