The Sales Executive at Demand Defence LLP will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound inquiries from individuals seeking legal support and domestic violence assistance. The role involves understanding the client’s situation with empathy, explaining our legal protection services, and guiding them through the consultation and onboarding process.
The Executive must maintain proper follow-ups, update CRM/lead sheets accurately, and ensure each client receives timely information about rights, remedies, and available legal options. This position requires excellent communication skills, a calm and supportive tone, and the ability to build trust with clients during sensitive situations. The Sales Executive will coordinate with the legal and counselling teams, ensure documents are collected on time, and contribute to overall service delivery and monthly targets through ethical and clear communication.
