Sales Executive – 2-Wheeler Dealership (Choudhary TVS)

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our 2-wheeler dealership. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their requirements, explaining vehicle features and pricing, conducting test rides, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.

• Explain 2-wheeler models, features, specifications, pricing, offers, and finance options.

• Conduct and coordinate test rides for prospective customers.

• Generate leads through showroom visits, phone calls, referrals, and digital platforms.

• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Assist customers with documentation, finance, insurance, and vehicle registration processes.

• Maintain regular follow-up with customers from enquiry to vehicle delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and sales leads in CRM/DMS.

• Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

• Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Stay updated on new models, product features, schemes, and dealership offers.

• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at the dealership.

Requirements

• Minimum Graduate preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in automobile, 2-wheeler, 4-wheeler, retail, or field sales preferred.

• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.

• Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales environment.

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

• Candidates should be comfortable with test rides and local customer visits when required.

Compensation

Salary: ₹[12000-30000] per month
