About Us-
TechnoStruct Academy (TSA) is an educational enterprise of TechnoStruct
LLC, California, USA. It provides industry-oriented training in Building
Information Modeling (BIM), digital construction, and construction project
management, helping students and working professionals develop practical
skills for careers in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC)
industry.
Role and Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students and parents through inbound and
outbound calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and
learning requirements.
Counsel students on relevant courses, programs, fee structures, and
career opportunities.
Convert qualified leads into admissions or course enrollments through
effective sales techniques.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial enquiry to enrollment
and payment closure.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails,
and other communication channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
2–6 years of experience in B2C sales, educational counselling,
admissions, or ed tech sales.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Target-oriented mindset with a focus on conversions and revenue
generation.
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
