About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Associate (BDA) with hands-on experience in EdTech sales to join a fast-growing education business.

This role is suited for sales professionals who understand the B2C EdTech sales cycle, are comfortable working with targets, and have a demonstrated track record of converting leads into paid enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end B2C sales, from lead qualification to conversion and enrollment.

• Connect with prospective learners/parents and understand their education and career requirements.

• Conduct effective product/course counselling and handle objections.

• Consistently achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.

• Maintain strong follow-up discipline and manage leads through the sales funnel.

• Use CRM and sales data to track pipeline, conversions and performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in EdTech sales is mandatory.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills.

• Comfortable with high-volume calling, counselling and target-driven environments.

• Candidates who have sold courses, upskilling programs, test-prep, higher education or career-focused learning solutions will be relevant.

Compensation & Benefits

₹7 LPA – ₹8.4 LPA CTC + Performance-Based Incentives For BDA

₹8.4 LPA – ₹11 LPA CTC + Performance-Based Incentives For Sr. BDA
