Job Title: sales Executive

Job Location: Thane
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, chats, or emails professionally
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain customer records and update system data
Ensure high customer satisfaction standards
Coordinate with internal teams when required

Working Hours

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off
