Sales Executive

1. Sales and Customer Service: - Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.- Provide personalized product recommendations and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. 2. Product Knowledge: - Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range, including new arrivals, trends, and promotions.- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and care instructions. 3. Store Presentation: - Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.- Assist with visual merchandising and display updates to enhance the customer experience. 4. Inventory Management: - Assist with stock management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.- Report any inventory discrepancies or stock issues to the Store Manager. 5. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and customer loyalty.- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently. 6.
