Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage leads provided by the company.

• Contact prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual

• Explain the company's IT services.

• Follow up with prospective clients and assist in converting leads into customers.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Update customer information and sales activities in CRM or Excel.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

• Support the team in achieving monthly sales and marketing targets.

• Prepare daily work reports and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

Qualification

• Pursuing or completed a Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
