Key responsibilities
•To identify the business improvement opportunities and coordinate internally with the Client Account Manager to expand the business operations.
•To act as a single point of contact to clients providing end-to-end sales solutions through effective coordination internally within CargoLine and externally with all the applicable parties.
•To identify potential customers, negotiate as per price guidelines given and ensure maximization of profits and business opportunities.
•To regularly visit existing clients validating our service levels and to ensure their maximum satisfaction level on services and to develop new revenue streams.
•To have excellent client management and build a strong referral process and leverage on existing client relationships to attract other large clients.
•Identifying Sales Goals. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
•Setting weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals based on the team's performance to date.
•Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue.
