Furniture Sales Executive

BinSha Furniture is hiring an experienced Furniture Sales Executive to join our growing team. We are looking for a passionate sales professional who can handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, close sales, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and showroom visits.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.

• Prepare quotations and explain product features, pricing, and delivery timelines.

• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain customer records, quotations, and daily sales reports.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

• Experience: 2–6+ years in Furniture Sales, Interior Products, Office Furniture, Modular Furniture, Plywood, Hardware, Building Materials, Retail Sales or B2B Sales.

• Strong communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills.

• Experience in quotation preparation and sales closing.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, and Computer.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹15,000 per month based on sales performance.

• Top performers can earn ₹30,000–₹33,000+ per month.
