The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery products and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth showroom operations while representing the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products

• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and schemes clearly

• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

• Handle billing coordination and support purchase completion

• Maintain product displays and showroom presentation standards

• Support stock handling and inventory coordination

• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and sales procedures

• Coordinate with team members for smooth showroom operations
