Job Title: Sales Executive – Education Loans - Prime vertical

Location - Andheri east (WFO)

CTC - Upto 3 LPA plus attractive incentive (Performance based)

Core Goal: Drive business growth by sourcing student loan applications, building partner networks, and converting leads into disbursed loans.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Pitch education loan products (secured and unsecured) to students and parents looking to study abroad.

B2B Channel Management: Build and maintain active relationships with study abroad consultants, test-prep centres (IELTS/GRE), and college sub-agents to generate a steady stream of student referrals.

Lead Generation & Activations: Conduct promotional activities, visit partner offices, and host information desks or webinars to source student leads directly.

End-to-End Processing: Guide customers through the loan lifecycle—from initial profile evaluation and document collection (ITR, collateral documents) to coordination with the underwriting team for quick sanction and disbursement.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly loan login, sanction, and disbursement targets.

CRM Management: Maintain clean records of pipelines, partner touchpoints, and follow-ups in the CRM.

🗒 Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any discipline (Finance, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred).

Experience: 0 to 3 years of sales experience in Education Loans, Study Abroad Consultacies, NBFCs, or Retail Banking (Personal Loans/LAP).

Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of foreign education destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Europe) and basic knowledge of financial documents (co-applicant income proofs, collateral types).

Soft Skills: Excellent convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in local languages and English.

Traits: Highly target-driven, resilient, and comfortable with field visits to partner locations.
