About the Role

Money Tree Realty Services Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, generating new leads, and achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Bangalore real estate market.

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and market research.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, channel partners, and developers.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.

• Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits with prospective clients.

• Negotiate with clients and support the team in closing deals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.

• Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• 0–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

• Good knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market will be an advantage.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
