🔑 Key Responsibilities

Attend walk-in customers and generate sales inquiries

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Toyota models

Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance, insurance, and accessories

Conduct test drives and product demonstrations

Achieve monthly sales targets and enquiry conversion ratios

Follow up with customers through calls, messages, and emails

Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams for smooth delivery

Maintain CRM records and customer database

Ensure timely vehicle delivery and documentation

Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals

Participate in promotional events and sales activities

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

Strong negotiation and convincing ability

Customer-focused mindset

Basic CRM and computer knowledge

Ability to work under sales targets

Knowledge of automobile products and market trends
