Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, attending customer inquiries, conducting site visits, following up with prospects, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online portals.
Contact prospective customers and explain project details.
Schedule and conduct site visits with clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales manager and other departments for smooth documentation and booking.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Positive attitude with strong customer-handling skills.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
HSC/12th Pass candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
