Job Description – Executive Sales Support
Position: Executive – Sales Support
Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Call prospective corporate customers.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Track leads and maintain follow-up schedules.
Support the sales team in converting opportunities.
Respond to customer enquiries on products, pricing, and availability.
Prepare quotations and share proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of customer orders.
Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams.
Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely updates.
Build strong relationships with existing customers.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Support achievement of sales targets.
Desired Candidate
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Corporate Sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
Retail, Premium Consumer Products, Luggage, Lifestyle, or Corporate Sales.
Experience in handling B2B customers.
